Founder & CEO,
Synaptic Oncology Foundation SOF
Creator & Visionary Director of Mente Q Laboratory
Specialist in Neuroscientific Coaching & Integrative Biological Regulation
Andrea is a wellness strategist, researcher, and pioneer in the development of transpersonal support models anchored in applied neuroscience. Her professional career has centered on the intersection of behavioral biology, neuroplasticity, and the implementation of integrative support protocols designed to restore systemic balance in contexts of high diagnostic complexity.
As a certified expert in Neuroscientific Coaching, she has dedicated her career to studying how acute stress states, existential anxiety, and trauma impact cellular chemistry and the body's neural networks. Her methodological framework distances itself from conventional intervention to focus strictly on synaptic reprogramming. By utilizing the precision of language, compassionate presence, and environmental modulation as active biological tools, she restores sovereignty and resilience to the individual.
Andrea’s authority in the field of psycho-oncology does not stem solely from academia, but from a profound personal experience that radically reconfigured her life's purpose. Sixteen years ago, she witnessed the devastating shortcomings of traditional oncology when she lost her mother to stomach cancer. Years later, life led her to confront this reality once again as she closely accompanied one of her sisters through her own journey against the disease.
Having inhabited the role of caregiver and family member across two distinct generations granted her a raw, profound understanding of existential distress, the fear of uncertainty, and the emotional void that conventional healthcare systems frequently leave unaddressed. This personal immersion in oncological suffering became the catalyst for her research. It provided her with the absolute legitimacy and propriety to challenge the boundaries of current cancer care and underscored the urgent need to design an ecosystem that sustains the consciousness of those enduring the disease.
Driven by this lifelong purpose, Andrea envisioned and founded Mente Q Laboratory, establishing a specialized development facility dedicated to engineering proprietary neuroscience-integrative formulations, advanced phytoformulations and non-invasive trauma protocols. Under her visionary leadership, she subsequently conceived the Synaptic Oncology Foundation (SOF) as the institutional and global vehicle to fund, protect and scale these breakthroughs internationally.
Guided by the principle of interdependence and her profound expertise in Neuroscientific Coaching, Andrea ensures that SOF stands as one of the few international bodies that deploy resilience protocols through a comparative lens-benefiting human beings and their companion canine and feline cohorts alike within a unified, bio-emotional household ecosystem.
“Our mission is not merely to mitigate pain within the sentient organism; it is to foster the biological and neurological environment where hope can reconnect.” Andrea Forero Rozo.
